  I know that our Steinbach McDonald's is usually just viewed as a normal McDonald's but that would be a terrible injustice to all of the hard work and customer service that our McDonalds staff work so hard to provide us with. This may sound like a small thing but I challenge you to go to another McDonalds location and you'll see what I mean about how good we've got it here. A 5 star rating for sure. Facility is in a constant state of being cleaned on the inside, great place to meet for coffee or even get some work done on the laptop. Also a great place for the kids to come and burn off some excess energy :)

  Absolutely terrible. Such slow service. Takes 20 minutes for your some what fresh food. Staff doesn't care about the guests and they care more about talking amongst themselves.

  I ordered the cashew salad, 45 minutes later I got a bowl of lettuce with no cashews and no dressing. I ordered French fries, 30 minutes later I got stale cold potato sticks, I ordered two cheese burgers and and iced coffee and waited 60 minutes. I got those, but what if I had places to go? I could've passed out... at least at the hospital my food would've come on time.
