  Excellent. Called ahead reserved 2 booths for mothers day. No problems. Brought in a crew of 10 we enjoyed it . Thanks again and we will be back. Happy mother's day..

  Is there an option to give no star? My first experienced with Salisbury house was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We kindly informed the waitress/supervisor that our oder would be on a charge account. She immediately refused to serve us (without even checking with a manager or anyone) and refused to call the manager and clear up the situation. Even though she said that she does not deal with the charge accounts and does not know anything about it. They're open 24/7, shouldn't they at least have a manager on call at all times? I've been in the restaurant business for over 5 years now and one thing I have learned is that situations will come up at the most random times and sometimes, when the waitresses can't deal with them, it is very helpful to be able to contact a manager.
