  Drove through the campsite to check out sites while it was pouring rain. We decided to go to dinner first before heading back and setting up and someone from the campground followed us to the restaurant to make sure he assured us we had to pay. Very creepy and VERY INAPPROPRIATE! If you are on the "honor system " as your box stated then trust that we would have paid OR be open so you don't have to stalk your potential customers. So the person in the black Ford ranger that followed us to the restaurant know that we would never be back and you just put a black mark on Steinbach. I should have called the police to let them take care of you! Sorry I didn't.

  I stayed there recently. On the second night, I was warned that there was a big party planned for that night. I called the number supplied for the campground. The person I spoke with (Angie?) was neither sympathetic or helpful. Very bad public relations - she obviously didn't care about my opinion or wellbeing. The party went on, loudly, until about 3 AM. Bad scene.
